Error: Undefined rule function-url-data-uris

According to https://stylelint.io/user-guide/rules/ the rule function-url-data-uris does not exist (anymore?). Maybe that should be removed.

I had the same issue. Please, sync APIs of Stylelint and Stylelint-Config.

Had similar issue with

"selector-no-combinator": true,
"selector-no-attribute": true,

both being deprecated
