Feature request: Right click on a link > Open link in new tab with javascript disabled

Why is this feature beneficial?

So that I can open a link without javascript at first visit.

will be even nicer with something like ctrl+option+click = Open link with javascript disabled

#27 is "from a js disabled site and cascade to next site". This one is from a js enabled site but manually open a link with js disabled.
