CPU usage very high when using 17.3.0

Hi, After updating to 17.3.0 I notice that the CPU is 100% when I typing code, such as enter to a new line. At first, I think that because I use the 2024.1 IntelliJ, but no, when I downgrade to 2023.1 (which was ok) the problem is still there.

After all, I disable Cucumber + and voila, no more high CPU.
