Changing resolution scale or upscaler settings resets all framebuffers

I dont think this used to be the case before... CET crashes now due to framebuffer reset, same as it would with resolution change or alt+tab when using exclusive fullscreen previously... Same underlying issue but different cause now...

Just for bookkeeping... But this has to be fixed by ImGui first, not much we can do atm...

Workaround: Just setup your game before installing CET when it comes to these...
