Change the edge dropout rate and the missing data ratio

I‘d like to consult some questions about the code. When I want to change the edge dropout rate and the missing data ratio, which parameter should I change?The default of the '--dropout' or the '--valid' or the '--known'? Hoping for your kindly reply.

I'm not one of the developers but through inspecting the code, I think known is the one that changes the missing rate. I really hope the authors were more active because this code is very poorly documented making it hard to use it on other datasets.
