must delete, recommit main.workflow in forks/moved repos

same problem (?) seems to affect forks and migrated repos: wrote to support:

I just ran into a little glitch (I think):

I transferred a repo with working github actions into an org that was not on the beta I got the org on the beta I commited again Commits would not trigger action runs.

I solved the problem my committing without the main.workflow and then with again.

Same in forked repo in https://github.com/maxheld83/ghactions/actions
