Updated translations

Hey all – I'm tagging you since you've been involved in localizing Secretive in the past. I'm planning on releasing 3.0 in the next few weeks, and it's got a good number of updated strings in it.

I've updated the localization process a bit to hopefully make it a lot easier to deal with – everything lives in Crowdin now (http://crowdin.com/project/secretive) and you should be able to update things there, and I've added screenshots of basically every screen to make the context of usage clear.

Definitely understand and appreciate we're all volunteers here, so if this isn't something you're interested in helping out with going forward, I totally understand, feel free to unsubscribe or let me know directly.

I’ve updated for Japanese as a first round to translate all of them. There are a few notices.

• auth_context_persist_for_duration (or some others, like auth_context_request_signature_description) seems having unpaired double quote in English. The first " (U+0022) should be “ (U+201C) instead, and second one should be ” (U+201D) instead of “ (U+201C).
• For Japanese translations, Crowdin complains about not using full-width 。 (U+3002) at the end of translation always if the original English end with . (U+002E), which should be too-strict rule and unfair ofthen so please ignore these error messages. Some text would be better without it in UI.
• Also same for ?, it complains about not using full-width ？ (U+FF1F) for Japanese but in UI, it’s better to use ? (U+003F) instead, so ignore such error messages as well. In fact, Apple uses ? (U+003F) in such translations for their UI strings.
• Crowdin also complains extra (...) usage in translations but some of them are intentional to phase UI strings look better, so please ignore these error messages as well.

Updated again to add missing translations for Japanese such as about_menu_bar_title.
