What forbids you from using it with that app?

SSH agents are based on a specification - https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-sshm-ssh-agent/ which secretive is compatible with (otherwise it would not work with ssh). I would redirect the question to warp.dev developers.

Can confirm I use in warp with secretive regularly. I do start ssh sessions using "/usr/bin/ssh" per previous Warp documentation.
