Will keys be lost if MacOS is reinstalled?

@vysecurity in general, I would say the answer is yes. There are some edge cases where that may not be the case (specifically: if you wipe a Mac and then restore it with a Time Machine image created against that same hardware), but I wouldn't feel confident enough in that behavior to rely on it.
