Documentation issue in Getting Started page

When you click the link the link highlighted in blue here on the left navigation pane for 'Next,' it refocuses the 'Next' section at the bottom, but then only renders the page in a tiny strip at the top, and doesn't let you scroll back up without hitting the back button. This feels unintuitive and like it could be done better.
