Navigation is hidden under too many circumstances.

The main table of contents / left-hand navigation is vital to exploring the documentation but it's hidden under the burger menu when Chrome is full-screen on my MacBook Pro. If I use an external display it will only appear when the browser uses up 60% of the screen whereas I often have a browser taking up 50% so the other 50% can be used by a terminal or editor. If view the size using the main MBP screen and Chrome fullscreen I need to Zoom out to 80% to see the main navigation.

It might be worth moving the index above each page's contents, moving the sponsorship request to the top of that and letting the main navigation display by default, even if the browser is fairly narrow.

The navigation is beautiful, does a great job of breaking up topics and does a great job of drawing me into reading the material. it deserves greater visibility.
