Cursor stuck in the top-left corner of the screen

Yes, it fixed in ver. 1.1.3, but happening to me every time I'm trying to assign masteries using 2.0.0 version. Maybe something wrong with my client (it's russian)? Program never checks client state (for example, is it minimized or not) and every time clicks top-left corner. I have just one monitor, if two monitors can be an issue.
