If you are talking about the `import time` i generally type it right before starting interacting with the cli.
I hope the backend remain under REST API since the machine running it should have the end goal to serve multiple clients.
if you are on windows, you need to compile your own whisper-server. The executable doesn't contain a whisper.cpp server and then one included is for mac only
