Can't deploy a fully working Lambda Function URL example

@pierskarsenbarg that command workaround, as detailed in the blog, doesn't work because pulumi considers `${function.functionName}` to be a secret so it is obscured in the command output.

Personally I'd love something closer to the tanstack query debugger which doesn't use dev tools at all but is a floating window that can be optionally opened.
