Make the block displays packet based

There is two main options to do that: NMS and packetevents, I know both of them, NMS is simpler than packetevents but it has less compatibility between versions than packetevents but I think it would be great to not have to install another plugin to make it work (and use NMS).

(NMS means the net.minecraft.server package btw)
