Feature request: Add [C] to automatically complete non-optional steps when the next step is completed

When working on my guide I often have to do a /reload to refresh any changes. Many times that resets progress (good thing) and results in a lot of skipping though a bunch of [P], [F] and [G] steps on my way down to where I'm currently at.

I suggest adding a [C] that is basically a non-optional [OC]. When tinkering I found that Guidelime currently seems to treat [C] the same way as [OC].

While I suspect this primarily would be helpful while authoring, I'm sure that authors can find a use for this to make guides more reactive
