add indication to waypoint markers whether it is an estimate only

suggestion: add a question mark or a crosshair to the icon? or a hint in the tooltip of the marker (when they are done #55)

As of v3.012 estimated waypoint markers now can move with the player position. This was added in order to prevent sending the player across the map. Therefore whether a position is an estimate or not is now even more meaningful as before so having a visual indication would be nice.
