Proposal for v3.0: Standardize plugin name (tagmanager?)

Seems we are using the name "tag manager", "TagsManager", etc. interchangably. We should standardize on one name for:

  • the main method (".tagsManager()")
  • github repo name ("tagmanager")
  • documentation/branding

I suggest singular/lowercase "tagmanager" for method/repo name/doc name. Perhaps we can just call it "tagmanager.js" (like "typeahead.js")

Mhhh... Why not "tagsmanager"?

Just because there's much more query on google for "tags manager" than "tag manager".
