Iqama time not properly synced

In our masjid in U.S. we use fixed iqama times except for Maghrib. I have noticed few bugs: 1- Timing of iqama is not properly synced with the set timing in Mawaqit configuration. i.e. if I need to set Asr iqama at 5:30pm, then I found that I had to make it 16:30 on the mawaqit configuration.

2- Announcement messages do not show on secondary set displays unless selected to be shown on main screen.

3- I couldn't reproduce the issue, but I noticed that sometimes the iqama countdown is not shown completely for any prayers.
