Displaying selected content on another TV

Hello,

we have in our mosque a second TV that is mounted directly at the entrance of the mosque.

This TV is intended to display only events and important announcements. These announcements are not entirely the same as those on the first TV.

Is it possible to define an additional admin, but with for the same mosque to display individual content on the monitor? Maybe there is a different solution?
