How frequent is a new image pushed?

First of all, thanks for the great work! The latest runner image that was pushed is using Gitlab Runner 14.1.0. Would it be possible to trigger a new build&push with the latest Gitlab RUnner image?

As a quickfix for me I forked the repo and built another image with Gitlab Runner Version 16.0.2 marcnuetzel/hetzner-gitlab-runner:latest It still seems to work without any code changes. Another Project of mine was related to it. I will add frequently builds later on.
