mv-bar should not show user name when logged in

In general people who have logged in know who they are and don't need to be told. So, the whole "logged in to X as Y" text is some unnecessary clutter. I suggest following Google's practice, of showing "sign in" to logged out users but only showing the user's avatar once signed in. A hover could reveal the more complete information.
