Using Mavo in Shadow DOM

Right now this is terra incognita, but we should make sure Mavo works in Shadow DOM.

If it does (or if it's not too difficult to make it work), we could even explore syntax that would allow people to encapsulate Mavo patterns into custom elements and define custom elements declaratively.
