Static bundle download

I would love for get.mavo.io to offer a static bundle download that I could use to develop mavo while offline and unable to access the CDNs. Ideally, it would also allow me to specify a set of plugins that should be bundled with, although some of them would not function while offline.

Mavo itself should work fine if you just download mavo.js and mavo.css, but as you point out, there are remote dependencies.
