Arming checks UI using events interface

Brings a minimal UI for arming check reports (counter-part for https://github.com/PX4/PX4-Autopilot/pull/20030).

  • Existing behavior should not be changed
  • Note that when using the events interface, forceArm by long pressing on arm isn't possible anymore as the button is disabled.
