geographiclib-get-geoids.sh doesn't install latest sets

Issue details
geographiclib-get-geoids.sh install sets which are not the latest available on the net, why?
run_get geoids geoids egm96-5
run_get gravity gravity egm96
run_get magnetic magnetic emm2015
for geoid it install egm96-5

Why is it? why not to install latest, or ask the user?
