Edited message not always sent to whatsapp, with no feedback

Problem

In Whatsapp, messages can only be edited for 15 minutes after it's sent. Currently, there is no feedback when editing a 15+ minute old message in a portal. This could lead a user think the message is edited, but it's not actually edited in Whatsapp.

Proposal

• If a user edits an "un-editable" message, the user should be notified that the message they tried to edit could not be edited in Whatsapp.
• Ideally, the edit should also be reverted, making the chat more aligned with Whatsapp

Seems like this is already detected and handled in the mautrix/go, but without any user feedback.
