Integrate live location sharing

Live location sharing is making its way into the Matrix spec with MSC3489 and is already testable behind a labs flag in Element's web client. It'd be great if the bridge could integrate this with WhatsApps's live location sharing feature (which currently only triggers a notification as per the changes done for https://github.com/mautrix/whatsapp/issues/403).

I'd be interested to start a conversation to understand if this is possible and what would be needed to implement it.

As this bridge is based on the WhatsApp web API, I don't think this feature is possible right now. Even WhatsApp Web itself does not support seeing live location.

So I think this is not blocked on this bridge but on WhatsApp.
