Statuses from blocked numbers show as an error in Matrix

In the WhatsApp app you don't see statuses from blocked numbers, but they make a message show up in the "WhatsApp Status Broadcast" matrix room that says:

Decrypting message from WhatsApp failed, waiting for sender to re-send... (learn more).
