Fake TLS MTProto Proxy Support

The vanilla Telethon does not support Fake TLS MTProto Proxy.

However, the raw MTProto Proxy can not be used in several countries.

Please consider adding telethon-faketls for Fake TLS MTProto Proxy Support.
