Reactions does not work in either direction

I just updated to v0.11.1 but I can't seem to get reaction working in either direction. I'm not using relaybot.

Are reaction only available on newly created rooms after the upgrade to v0.11.1 or should I be able to start reacting and receving recation on existing rooms ?

Here are some logs from the bridge. When I create a reaction from matrix:

Make sure they're enabled in your Telegram room. For some of the rooms I'm admin in, they were disabled by default for some reason. Note you can still only use the limited set of reactions that Telegram supports
