Relaybot: Add hint when inviting relaybot into a non-portal room

Hi, this is just an idea to increase the usability of the bridge. Initially, I had a misconception how the relaybot works. So I started a direct conversation with it and wondered why I got no response. What do you think about implementing the following behaviour? Is this easily possible? If the relaybot gets added to a non-portal room, the relaybot joins, writes an error/help message and leaves.

On the matrix side the relay bot works in any chat even if it's a direct one with it or it isn't added to a portal room.

The room where the relay bot and the user are the only members are called management portals.

Is this why I now can't tell the TG bot to create a bridge, and it warns me its not a portal room?
