User-specific autobridging filtering

Since I'm logged in into my private Telegram account via the bridge, the bridge invites me to the same Telegram groups and Telegram privates chats on the Matrix side again and again. No matter how often I declined it already.

In my opinion after the login it should invite me to all groups and private chats, but after that either a) only to new private chats and groups (if possible) b) or if a) not possible no manual invitations at all anymore and only after request being able to join

I don't want to handle EVERYTHING from Telegram in Matrix/Riot so it's annoying that I need to accept all or ignore the invitations as declining is rather pointless.
