Add setting for disabling sending messages to puppeted users when MQTT is disconnected

Sometimes when connection issues occur, chats can get cluttered with "⚠ Your message may not have been bridged: not connected to MQTT". Is there a way to resend these messages or to disable them (e.g. send them from the Bot)?

I face this issue everytime I try to send an image. You can send an image to a FB contact?

When I quickly send 3 messages to bot and one fails i dont know which one is that.
