Enhancement: Command to manually set / override Discord Puppets Avatar / Display Name

mautrix-telegram has commands to manually set the Display Name / Avatar of a given Puppet / Ghost, it would be nice to have the same possibility here for cases where the Name / Avatar is not set correctly automatically.
