Automatically set room avatar of server channels

Once you bridge more than a couple servers, you start to run into having multiple rooms all called #general or other common channel names.

Right now I manually set myself as pl 100 and set the room avatar to the server avatar in every bridged room, but it would be a nice enhancement for the bridge bot to do so automatically. And potentially do the same to the sub-spaces that Discord channel groups get bridged as.

FWIW you can set the room name template to include the server name as a workaround for this
