Documentation is required for installing and maintaining using the Docker image

We need to expand our documentation on installing and maintaining Mautic.

One big area that is missing from the docs is how to work with the official Docker image.

This is a placeholder for this old image https://github.com/mautic/docker-mautic/issues/2 and for anybody who would like to help collaborate on the improvement of docs in this area!

Sure - it will probably need updating I expect! Here is the brief we have in the Education Team for a tutorial on Docker to go on the Knowledgebase and the Jira task - this needs to be a more formal style though for the documentation.
