Push latest to dockerhub, describe fpm

What is latest is it apache or fpm? Also what is fpm? I'll be happy to update the README if someone can help me with those terms.

Lastly, 2.15.2 is not on dockerhub.

after a couple days, I haven't been able to get this docker-mautic image working. 2.15.1 wouldn't save my email settings, and 2.15.2 I can't even get to the dashboard.

With 2.15.2 first I had the same issue as #124, once I manually added the configuration file, I get a 403 on the dashboard and I see this in the logs: [CRON] Could not open input file: /var/www/html/app/console Probably some permissions issue.
