using token to login redirects to Mautic

We get an error with using tokens. The access to the Mautic is redirecting to the Mautic login and we can not understand what we are doing wrong here. We give the correct site re-direct URL, but we are re-directed from the main site and must log in manually in the Mautic system. This is of course not the way it should work. We need to remain on the main website and the login should happen in the background seamlessly.

The developer is experienced in this package and has never experienced this previously

What are we doing wrong?
