Toggle to anchor input/output to the window's center, instead of the top-left corner

This is more of a quality-of-life suggestion: ShaderGlass currently bases everything from the display window's top-left corner. This works just fine, but there are times where I find myself wishing everything (scaling, aspect ratio correction, etc) could be anchored around the display window's center instead.
