Is there any way to limit to 60fps?

I have a 165hz laptop monitor and I wanna limit the fps to 60 but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. Using the 1/2 option seems to set it to 30fps for some reason? I mostly wanna use this for emulators so to lower temps and resources a bit I don't want an extra instance running 165 on top of the emulator, and most games are 60 or 30 anyway. I tried using nvidia app to limit max framerate but that caused micro stutters.

Sorry high refresh is somewhat broken right now because I don't have a good monitor and can't test it. However frame limiting in SG is unlikely to be perfectly smooth since there's Windows Capture between the game and SG so timing gets distorted; your best bet is probably to limit monitor refresh rate in Windows. I will take a closer look at high refresh once I'm able to, hopefully in not too distant future.

I'd need to do more testing but this seemed to work thank you. I guess I'll have to stick with this method until high refresh issues get fixed.
