can't find resources on mpeg

when i click the link to fetch MPEG metric software, it shows 404. but i seem to find here http://mpegx.int-evry.fr/software/MPEG/Systems/PCC-SYS and i request the permission. but after several days, i am still not approved. so i am wondering is there some rules i need to know?

another question is about pcc dataset, when i click the link on the notes2, it seems that i have to login to get the access. but when i register, i face the same problem as the above question. they seem not to care me. so i am wondering is there another way to get the resources?

I think you need to pay the membership fee to get permission for those resources. I am not familiar with the details, maybe you should ask the people in MPEG.
