Style in devtools appears weird and are difficult to read

Devtool is showing style that are very difficult to read. Here's one snapshot

And here's a snap for "sources" tab:

I have tried disabling and reinstalling it - but its still the same. Please provide a fix - I love this tool, but it seems I need to disable it for some time.
