Might also be true in X11. It's happening to me now when changing the picture provider for "picture of the day plugin"

After activating this script, I cant move window to next desktop by keyboard shortcuts.

This is probably more of an "Interface" problem (where the "interface" is what connects the chair to the keyboard), but i can't seem to find any widget to get it...

It doesn't close it automatically, so there is always an empty workspace in front of other workspaces.
