Add Languages command

Since the amount of supported languages of a LibreTranslate instance is what determines its heavy disk usage, it makes a lot of sense to arbitrarily restrict the supported languages. So I thought it just make sense to have a command that shows, which languages are supported including their language code which can be not obvious for not native English speakers.
