Feature request: ability to opt a room in to update announcements

I am following server version numbers a lot in a couple of rooms with different audiences so I know when it will be safe to /upgraderoom without dropping anyone out. I would like rsvc to say in the room when they are updated, so I don't have to manually !versions (which I might do anyway though).
