Fix default_flags indentation

Default flags' array was not indented properly. This causes the bot to ignore the ignorecase flag

yaml doesn't require arrays to be indented

Right, maybe something wrong with my maubot config then. I needed to make it indented for the ignorecase to work. Please feel free to close it if not applicable
