Feature suggestion: search all pastes (PoC implementation included)

I recently built a simple search function for my own use: https://paste.fliegendewurst.eu/search#unrecognized

If you want I can clean it up a bit (e.g. making it optional) and create a PR. I would also understand if you would rather not have a search function, since it is a bit out of scope for a simple pastebin. (Though it is quite useful for my private pastebin.)

Hmm, I'm torn and on the fence about this. My impression (and personal experience) is that wastebin's main target audience is corporate intranets for which this might not be desired both for performance and for "privacy" reasons. On the other hand, I can see the appeal for private hosting. Let me keep this open and contemplate a little longer.
