What are the following parameters:

variable_symbol: str = '',
constant_symbol: str = '',
specific_symbol: str = '',

What do they stand for?

Those are symbols used for domestic payments in SK/CZ. They are not mandatory. So if you don't know them, you probably do not need to set them.
