doCreatureSetNoMove bug on shutdown server

If using doCreatureSetNoMove(cid, true) and save server and shutdown, the server not closes, it is stuck until I close the terminal.

Tested in windows and linux UBUNTU 20.04

Version: Last version OTX2 8.6

At the moment I can't check I'm having an operation on my spine and I think I'll be able to use the PC until January
